where is my charm?

your charm floats as a borderless window just above the desktop. if you can't see it, try clicking "Center Gem" from the iCharm app menu in the menu bar, or check if it's hidden behind another window.

audio visualization isn't working

make sure microphone permission is granted in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone > iCharm. for system audio, make sure the audio source is set to "System" in the iCharm settings panel.

how do I restore my purchases?

open iCharm, then click iCharm > Restore Purchases in the menu bar. make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to make the original purchase.

how do I get a refund?

all purchases are processed by Apple. to request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow the instructions for your purchase.

my charm is slow or the fan is spinning

right-click the charm → Advanced Settings → enable Low Spec Mode. you can also drop the FPS cap (30/60/120). if it's still rough, email us with your Mac's model and we'll dig in.
