agreement

by downloading or using iCharm, you agree to these terms. if you do not agree, do not use the app.

license

iCharm grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on any Mac where you are signed in with your Apple Account. this license is subject to the Apple Standard EULA.

in-app purchases

iCharm offers optional in-app purchases:

all purchases are processed by Apple. refund requests should be directed to Apple through their Report a Problem page.

intellectual property

all content in iCharm — including 3D models, animations, sounds, and interface design — is owned by Zachary Amith and protected by copyright. you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the app or its assets.

acceptable use

you agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, or attempt to extract its source code or assets.

disclaimer of warranties

iCharm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. we do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all hardware configurations.

limitation of liability

to the maximum extent permitted by law, Zachary Amith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of iCharm.

changes

we may update these terms from time to time. continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
